Saving buyers and suppliers more than £142 million since its creation, SSIP accredited construction companies and professionals demonstrate to buyers that they have compliant health and safety practices and procedures in place, and thus are safe to work with.
Another prominent benefit is that accreditation from an SSIP scheme is mutually recognised by all other SSIP members, meaning suppliers only require accreditation from one SSIP scheme, rather than multiple health and safety assessments.
