- Construction Retainer certificates - Same day supply, following an initial phone call, receiving a new client pro forma and evidence of a standing order
- Construction Site Inspections and Site Audits - Report sent to the requested email address within 24 hours
- Construction Phase Plans – Normally produced within 5 working days from visiting the site

That said, our retainer pricing offers three fixed-price packages for ease; £50 per month, £70 per month, or £90 per month, and site inspection work begins at £85-£95 per hour.
Training offered through Hurst Setter is £690 per day or £450 per half-day, plus additional costs for training materials.
