Construction Retainer certificates - Same day supply, following an initial phone call, receiving a new client pro forma and evidence of a standing order

Construction Site Inspections and Site Audits - Report sent to the requested email address within 24 hours

Construction Phase Plans – Normally produced within 5 working days from visiting the site

Most of our services are tailored to accommodate your unique requirements - therefore, many of our prices are completely bespoke.

That said, our retainer pricing offers three fixed-price packages for ease; £50 per month, £70 per month, or £100 per month, and site inspection work begins at £100 per hour.

Training offered through Hurst Setter is £750 per day or £450 per half-day, plus additional costs for training materials.
